Fiona Leggott, co-founder of Blossom, brings a wealth of experience as a qualified nurse who has worked as a community staff nurse. Witnessing the challenges of failing, low-cost home care in her previous role and facing personal struggles in finding quality care for a fiercely independent relative highlighted the need for a new, high-quality home care business.
Blossom was born out of a vision to treat both staff and clients with the respect and dignity they deserve while maintaining the highest standards in home care. The founders, Fiona and her husband John, decided to create a company that aligned with their values, setting the stage for Blossom to become a market-leading, successful brand.
