At Mind in Harrogate, our mission is simple: We connect minds, support minds, and change minds. We provide help and support for those struggling with their mental health. Our range of support services includes the following:

Acorn Centre Activities

We offer a diverse selection of group sessions at our Acorn Centre, as well as virtual activity sessions through Zoom video-conferencing groups. For our monthly calendar of events, please refer to the link below.

About Mind in Harrogate District

Mind in Harrogate District, established in 1973, is an independent charity affiliated with National Mind and the Mind federation. There are over 120 Local Mind Associations (LMAs) across England and Wales, each independently run and responsible for its funding and services. They all adhere to Mind’s quality standards of governance and service delivery, working toward a shared mission.

Mind in Harrogate District collaborates with other local Mind associations in Yorkshire and the Humber and beyond, ensuring the delivery of the best possible services.
