Ripon City Netball Club. We are holding our annual awards ceremony on March 19th at 7.30 at Ripon Bowling Club. This is the biggest night on our club calendar – an evening where our club comes together to celebrate what it means to be part of an all-inclusive ladies’ club. We have three trophies per team for Players’ Player, Coach’s Player and Most Improved Player. All these trophies are sponsored by local Ripon businesses. In addition, we have nine other awards to present for players who go the extra mile, show integrity etc
Ripon City Netball Club for the last two years this has been a strange event – two years ago only the prize-winners themselves attended, we were outside on a freezing morning all standing two metres apart. Last year, because we had no matches, none of the team awards were presented, just the individual awards. So, this year it is really important to make it a huge occasion as we as a club celebrate coming through covid with an exciting future and more teams in the offing
