We’re proud to offer two on-site cafés, conveniently connected to each hall, and they are open during all events. These cafés are perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while planning your visit or catching up with colleagues and friends over lunch.
Our cafés offer a variety of hot and cold drinks, snacks, and a range of menu options. You’ll find seasonal, locally sourced specials and healthy choices to keep you energized throughout the day. If you’re visiting with children, we provide picnic box meal deals. Additionally, free water refills are available for visitors who bring their own bottles.
Both cafés also offer outside seating, creating an ideal summer meeting point or a place to relax. If you have any dietary concerns or allergen-related questions, please don’t hesitate to ask our staff for assistance.
The showground is also home to “Fodder,” a Yorkshire farm shop, café, and popular takeaway spot known as “Fodder on the Hoof.” Consider stopping by for a visit on your way home.
Sustainability:
At Yorkshire Event Centre, we place a strong emphasis on sustainability. We strive to source local ingredients whenever possible, ensuring that our food is not only fresh but also environmentally friendly. Our cafés exclusively use paper straws, wooden cutlery, and food packaging and trays made from recycled materials.
Any waste generated in our cafés doesn’t end up in landfills; it is either recycled or converted into energy. We also aim to make a positive impact on our community by donating any excess food after events to the Harrogate Homeless Project, supporting their valuable work.
